- Alaska was the first to not restrict the rights of it's citizens with respect to protecting themselves.
- Arkansas implemented Constitutional Carry in 2013.
- Vermont has never had a requirement to obtain a permit to discretely carry a handgun.
- Montana
(outside city limits).
- Texas (to, from and in vehicles).
- Arizona's Constitutional Carry laws did away with their requirement for individuals allowed to possess firearms (complete freedom for anyone legally in the state from
anywhere on Earth) to obtain a permit from the State to carry a concealed pistol.
Most of them also maintain a provision to obtain a permit in order for residents to exercise their rights in other states which recognize their permit and have reciprocity with them.
Blood did not run in the streets.
We see a pattern developing.
Alabama could be next... if we try.
