• Alaska was the first to not restrict the rights of it's citizens with respect to protecting themselves.
  • Arkansas implemented Constitutional Carry in 2013.
  • Vermont has never had a requirement to obtain a permit to discretely carry a handgun.
  • Montana (outside city limits).
  • Texas (to, from and in vehicles).
  • Wyoming (residents only)
  • Arizona's Constitutional Carry laws did away with their requirement for individuals allowed to possess firearms (complete freedom for anyone legally in the state from anywhere on Earth) to obtain a permit from the State to carry a concealed pistol.

Most of them also maintain a provision to obtain a permit in order for residents to exercise their rights in other states which recognize their permit and have reciprocity with them.

Blood did not run in the streets.

We see a pattern developing.

Alabama could be next... if we try.
