Alabama Constitution
Article 1 - Section 26 - Right to Bear Arms

"That every citizen has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state.
"

A reasonable person would read this to mean that "every citizen" has this right affirmed by the Alabama Constitution, not just citizens who are fortunate enough to be residents of Alabama.

Law abiding adults do not become irresponsible because they step over a line into Alabama. Having even more responsible people in Alabama, spending their money, would be a good thing.

We would be comfortable telling anyone that it is also the right thing to do. It's how we were taught us to act toward others.
You were not taught to call someone Sir or M'am only if they're from your state. Everyone deserves the same respect.
